La Pergola
In the heart of the Marrakech palm grove, La Pergola welcomes you to discover its seasonal cuisine all year-round. The chef carefully chooses all ingredients including vegetables and herbs grown in our kitchen garden.
A summer barbecue, tasting plates, club sandwich, salads and woks, succumb to the temptation of our inspirational light cuisine to savour in a casual and relaxed atmosphere. La Pergola also offers Moroccan specialties; tajines, pastillas and briouates.
After lunch, take advantage of the hotel’s gardens and its vast swimming pool and bask in the gentle Moroccan environment on poolside loungers. Let the serenity of the place inspire your relaxation.

Salammbô
Come and enjoy an exceptional moment at our gastronomic restaurant. Le Salammbo promises you a memorable experience to savour on our terrace or in the magnificent decor of the dining room. The backdrop enhances beautiful simplicity of the foods prepared by the chef who renews the menu according to season and inspiration.
The cuisine includes the great classics of the Moroccan kitchen such as briouates, pastillas, tajines and couscous. French gastronomy is also on show here with an appetising range of classic dishes. In setting and taste, the Mediterranean sun shines through revealing richness and flavour via different culinary preparations.
Seasonal and high quality products selected for flavour and freshness inspire the chef in making plate selections for the a la carte and daily menus. The chef takes a sensory voyage around the Mediterranean pairing experience in cuisine with fresh vegetables and herbs from our kitchen garden, revealing flavours in abundance though each of his dishes.

Yoshi Bar
On the fair terrace of the bar that overlooks the gardens, a nook conceals a double mystery. There, unexpectedly, hides a wooden counter whose attire was plucked straight from the Tsukiji market in Tokyo. This shop, built for both sushi and travel enthusiasts, is a boon to all the restaurants and rooms of the hotel from which its delights may be ordered. Know then, that this singular spot is dedicated to the house’s most discerning and faithful guest, our feline friend, Yoshi.

Before heading to the magnificent Salammbô for dinner, succumb to the temptation of a glass of wine or a cocktail accompanied by a selection of tapas in front of the fireplace or in the cosy decor of the bar. The bar is also the ideal place to serenely end your evening.
The Hotel Les Deux Tours bar serves a wide range of beverages from soft drinks to spirits, champagnes and hot beverages. We also prepare cocktails based on herbs, fruits and plants
from our kitchen garden; coriander flowers, basil and lemon. Let us surprise you with one of these special drinks. You may also choose a cigar a la carte.
